Mass Effect 2 Coalesced Compiler is a program that simplifies the editing Mass Effect 2's Coalesced.ini by splitting it into individual INI files. It allows the full editing in any text editor and you can click a button and compile all the INI files back into a fully working Coalesced.ini.
